Haultra USA (“Haultra,” “we,” “us”) is a product of Chamberlin Enterprises. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use haultrausa.com and the Haultra platform.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password.

Fleet and operational data: You may enter trucks, drivers, delivery locations, routes, and related operational data into the platform. This data belongs to you.

Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.

Cookies and tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, analyze usage patterns, and improve the platform. See Section 7 for details.

Payment information: Payment is processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Haultra platform
  • To process your account registration and manage your subscription
  • To optimize routes, calculate fuel costs, and enforce DOT compliance
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, team invites)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers: Hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email (Resend), payments (Stripe), analytics — only as needed to operate the platform
  • Legal requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or government request
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and fleet data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 30 days of your request. Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security on database tables, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
